Immediately following the water extraction, your rug is gently brushed and groomed and ready to be transported to our drying tower room. This specially designed room quickly and effectively dries rugs by controlling heat and humidity.

Room temperature is brought up to and maintained at 90 degrees. Numerous fans are turned on and strategically placed to move air through and around the rugs during the drying process. 

A large industrial dehumidifier, capable of removing moisture from the air, also runs and returned dry air back into the drying room.  Drying is individually timed to your carpets size and construction.

This custom-built lift system allows us to move your rug from one end of our facility to the other.

After your rug is thoroughly dried the fringe is rinsed, cleaned, combed and dried.

The rugs are inspected, post-dusted, the nap is set and the any other topical treatments are applied as requested by customer.

After cleaning, the rug smells fresher and the colors even appear brighter.
